 In the digital landscape, business models vary between Non- Digital and Digital organization emphasizing the speed and scale. For instance, Amazon, Google (Gmail, Gpay) and Apple (music) showcase the power of digital platform.

The digital matrix encompasses various types of networks, including direct, indirect, two-sided, local, and global networks, each facilitating connections between users and providers.
